Water - we're 70+% made of it. And we are in desperate need of clean, fresh water intake every day.

Rather than write a bunch on the benefits of water, go take a look at this article.

And over the weekend, plan to drink 6-8 ounces of water 8 times a day (hopefully not right before bed - smile smile.)  Your skin, your kidneys, and your digestive system will thank you for it.

And each time you do - ask God to reveal other thirsts in your life.
What might He be inviting you to trust Him to satiate in you?
